7:00/10:00 am Daily Mysore with Susanna;
7:00/7:30 pm Nadi Shodhana Pranayama and Meditation with Simona.

- Yoga Philosophy: Introduction to the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga;
- Introduction to Sanskrit Pronunciation and meaning of mantras, opening and closing Mantras, Shanti Mantra, Ganesh Japa;
- Asana: questions about the asanas, vinyasa.

7:00 am Primary Led Class with Susanna;
9:00 pm Closing party

Double room: 650 euro per person

5 Ashtanga Mysore classes and 1 Led Primary;
3 Afternoon classes about Philosophy/Sanskrit/Asana with Susanna;

Use of: swimming pool featuring three water tanks (hydromassage, children’s pool, and adults’ pool) Multi-purpose play court (tennis, volleyball, five-a-side football, basket).
